| Prep time | 6 hours |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | rice wine vinegar |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | low-sodium soy sauce |
| 1⁄4 | Cup | peanut oil |
| 6 | Clove | garlic (minced) |
| 1 | Tablespoon | cayenne pepper |
| 2 | Teaspoon | ground ginger |
| 2 | Tablespoon | dark brown sugar |
Combine the vinegar and soy sauce in a non-reactive mixing bowl. Whisk in the oils, a little at a time. Add the remaining ingredients and combine. This marinade will keep in an airtight jar in the refridgerator for one week. Bake 350 or grill. Recommended cuts: Chicken wings-marinate for 6-8 hours in refridgerator.
Recipe note: This marinade combines garlic and oriental spices with just a bit of heat from cayenne pepper. Marinate chicken wings in this and watch them take off.
