Ingredients

1⁄2Cuprice wine vinegar
1⁄2Cuplow-sodium soy sauce
1⁄4Cuppeanut oil
6Clovegarlic (minced)
1Tablespooncayenne pepper
2Teaspoonground ginger
2Tablespoondark brown sugar

Instructions

Combine the vinegar and soy sauce in a non-reactive mixing bowl. Whisk in the oils, a little at a time. Add the remaining ingredients and combine. This marinade will keep in an airtight jar in the refridgerator for one week. Bake 350 or grill. Recommended cuts: Chicken wings-marinate for 6-8 hours in refridgerator.

Notes

Recipe note: This marinade combines garlic and oriental spices with just a bit of heat from cayenne pepper. Marinate chicken wings in this and watch them take off.
