A hot treat that will have your mouth watering before it can come out of the oven.

| 1 | Package | frozen spinach (10 oz, thawed and strained) |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | ricotta cheese |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | feta cheese |
| 1 | eggs | |
| sprinkle of salt and pepper | ||
| sprinkle of nutmeg |
Mix these ingredients together ans spoon onto crackers, party rye bread, toast pieces, etc. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes. Garnish with sliced black olives.
Recipe Note: the filling can also be wrapped in crepes and topped with a Swiss or cheddar cheese sauce.
