| Prep time | 20 minutes |
| 2 | Package | chopped spinach |
| 1 | Cup | parmesan cheese |
| 3⁄4 | Cup | butter (melted) |
| 1 | Cup | mozzerella cheese |
| 6 | eggs | |
| 2 | Cup | croutons |
Mix spinach, cheese, eggs, and butter well. Add croutons and mix again. Form into small balls and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Recipe Note: These will flatten out a little as you bake them. It helps to refridgerate them for awhile before baking. these can also be made ahead and kept frozen.
