A dip to make you flip from delicious flavor!

| 1 | Package | frozen spinach (10 oz, thawed and drained well) |
| 1 | Cup | mayonnaise |
| 1 | Cup | sour cream |
| 1 | small onion (chopped fine) | |
| 1 | Can | water chestnuts (chopped) |
| 1 | Package | vegetable soup mix |
Thaw spinach, drain well on paper towel until moisture is out. Mix with other ingredients, chill in refridgerator overnight. Stir well before serving.
Recipe note: Variation-substitute Hidden Valley Original Ranch dip mix and 1 c. sour cream for vegetable soup mix and mayonnaise.
