| 1 | Can | mandarin oranges (11 oz, drained) |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | poppy seed dressing (or cranberry vinaigrette) |
| 2 | Tablespoon | dry-roasted pistachios (chopped) |
Gently toss spinach, strawberries, oranges, and dressing. Top with pistachios. Serve immediately.
