A great salad for a Spring picnic or just a fun snack!

| 3 | Cup | macaroni rings |
| 2 | Cup | cucumbers (sliced) |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | onions |
| 2 | Cup | carrots (shredded) |
| 1⁄4 | Teaspoon | nutmeg |
| 3⁄4 | Cup | sugar |
| 1 1⁄2 | Cup | mayonnaise |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | vinegar |
| salt and pepper (to taste) |
Cook macaroni rings. Rinse with cold water. Mix the other ingredients together and combine with cooled macaroni. Refridgerate overnight.
