A simple steak made with a blend of spice

| 3 | Pound | sirloin steak |
| 2 | Clove | garlic (fresh, minced) |
| 1 | Teaspoon | salt |
| 3 | Tablespoon | soy sauce |
| 1 | Tablespoon | catsup |
| 1 | Tablespoon | olive oil |
| 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | pepper |
| 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | oregano |
Score steak 1/4 inch deep on both sides. Mix all ingredients together and rub on both sides of the steak. Place in shallow dish and refrigerate for 8 hours. Grill over medium coals 15 minutes on each side or to desired doneness.
