| 1 | Teaspoon | canola oil |
| 1 1⁄2 | Cup | broccoli florets (bite size) |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | water chestnuts (drained and chopped or sliced) |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | orange juice |
| 1 | Tablespoon | cornstarch |
| 1 | Tablespoon | light soy sauce |
Add sesame and canola oil to a small skillet on medium-high heat. Add broccoli and water chestnuts; stir-fry 3 minutes. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add to broccoli lower heat and cook until sauce is thickened, 2 minutes.
