Ingredients

1Teaspoonsesame oil
1Teaspooncanola oil
1 1⁄2Cupbroccoli florets (bite size)
1⁄2Cupwater chestnuts (drained and chopped or sliced)
1⁄2Cuporange juice
1Tablespooncornstarch
1Tablespoonlight soy sauce

Instructions

Add sesame and canola oil to a small skillet on medium-high heat. Add broccoli and water chestnuts; stir-fry 3 minutes. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add to broccoli lower heat and cook until sauce is thickened, 2 minutes.
