Ingredients

2Poundground chuck
2Quartwater
1Candiced tomatoes (28 oz. )
1Cantomato sauce (28 oz. )
2Cupcooked rice
2Cupgreen peppers (chopped)
2Teaspoonsalt
2 beef boullion cubes
1⁄4Cupbrown sugar
1Teaspoonpepper

Instructions

Brown meat and drain well. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes or until peppers are tender.
