A sweet and tangy salad for those who like good flavor.

| 4 | Cup | sweet potatoes (cooked, cooled, and cubed) |
| 1 | Can | pineapple chunks (20 oz, drained) |
| 10 | Ounce | mini kosher marshmallows |
| 4 | red delicious apples (chopped) | |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | walnuts |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | flaked coconut |
| 8 | Ounce | cool whip (thawed) |
| 3⁄4 | Cup | mayonnaise (or salad dressing) |
In large bowl, gently toss first 6 ingredients. Combine Cool Whip and mayonnaise. Fold into fruit mixture. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
