Ingredients

3Cupmashed sweet potatoes
1⁄2 stick margarine (or butter)
1⁄2Cupmilk
2 eggs
1⁄2Teaspoonsalt
1Cupsugar
1Teaspoonvanilla

Instructions

Mix potato layer ingredients in blender and pour into casserole dish. Mix topping ingredients and spread over potatoes. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

Notes

Topping:

1/3 c. brown sugar, 1 c. chopped nuts, 1/3 c. flour, 1/2 stick margarine or butter
