A buttery sweet potato dish with a crunchy topping.

| 3 | Cup | mashed sweet potatoes |
| 1⁄2 | stick margarine (or butter) | |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | milk |
| 2 | eggs | |
| 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | salt |
| 1 | Cup | sugar |
| 1 | Teaspoon | vanilla |
Mix potato layer ingredients in blender and pour into casserole dish. Mix topping ingredients and spread over potatoes. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
Topping:
1/3 c. brown sugar, 1 c. chopped nuts, 1/3 c. flour, 1/2 stick margarine or butter
