| 10 | taco shells (hard, coarsely broken) | |
| 1 | Can | tomato sauce (8 oz.) |
| 3 | Tablespoon | onion flakes |
| 16 | Ounce | Monterrey Jack (shredded) |
| 1 1⁄2 | Pound | ground beef |
| 6 | Ounce | water |
| Unknown | cherry tomatoes |
Brown meat and drain. Add seasoning, tomato sauce, onion, and water. Simmer 10 minutes. In a greased casserole dish place half of the taco shells, all the meat and half the cheese. Top with remaining shells and cherry tomatoes, halved. Bake uncovered half an hour in 350° oven until hot and bubbly.
