| Prep time | 30 minutes |
| 1 1⁄2 | Pound | ground beef |
| 1 | Tablespoon | fresh cilantro (or 1 tsp. dried) |
| 3⁄4 | Teaspoon | chili powder (to taste) |
| 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | paprika |
| 1 | Teaspoon | cumin powder |
| 1 | Teaspoon | minced garlic |
Add cilantro, chili powder, paprika, cumin, and garlic to meat and brown. When meat is done, drain well. In a bowl layer corn chips or use the contoured taco shell bowls like you find in a Mexican restaurant. Layer meat mixture and all other ingredients in any order you want as long as there is a cold layer between the lettuce and the meat. Once assembled serve immediately.
