The title says it all. A nice surprise kick is added to this meat loaf using horseradish

| 2 | Pound | ground beef |
| 1 | egg | |
| 1 | Tablespoon | ketchup |
| 1⁄8 | Teaspoon | meat tenderizer (seasoned) |
| 1⁄8 | Teaspoon | garlic salt |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | crackers (crushed) |
| 1 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | onion (minced) |
| 1 | Dash | salt & pepper |
Mix all ingedients thoroughly in a bowl by folding mixture over and over until the egg and cracker crumbs are well mixed. Put loaf in pan and top with additional ketchup, spreading evenly over loaf as a glaze. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
Variation- Add 2 T chilli powder, 6 oz. shredded cheddar cheese, and 2 T worcestershire sauce
