Ingredients

1 1⁄2Poundground beef
1⁄2Cupgreen pepper (diced)
1⁄2Cuponion (chopped)
3⁄4Teaspoonsalt
1⁄2Teaspoongarlic powder
1⁄2Teaspoonoregano
1Cupsour cream
1Canchili beans (15 oz. hot)
1Cupcheddar cheese (grated, use a sharp cheddar)
 Unknowncorn chips

Instructions

Cook ground beef with onion and green pepper.  Strain through a colander to remove fat and juices.  Return meat mixture to skillet and add seasonings.  Stir in chili beans and heat through.  Reduce to low heat and stir in sour cream and shredded cheese.  Do not let boil, serve over crushed corn chips.
