A one-dish dinner served over crushed corn chips

| 1⁄2 | Cup | green pepper (diced) |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | onion (chopped) |
| 3⁄4 | Teaspoon | salt |
| 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | garlic powder |
| 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | oregano |
| 1 | Cup | sour cream |
| 1 | Can | chili beans (15 oz. hot) |
| 1 | Cup | cheddar cheese (grated, use a sharp cheddar) |
| Unknown | corn chips |
Cook ground beef with onion and green pepper. Strain through a colander to remove fat and juices. Return meat mixture to skillet and add seasonings. Stir in chili beans and heat through. Reduce to low heat and stir in sour cream and shredded cheese. Do not let boil, serve over crushed corn chips.
