Ingredients

1⁄2Cuppineapple juice
1Cuporange juice
1Cupgrapefruit juice (frozen)
1Cupsugar
2Cupwater
1Litre7 Up

Instructions

Dissolve sugar in water. Mix in remaining ingredients exxcept 7 up and freeze. When ready to serve put frozen mixture in punch bowl and pour in a liter of 7 up. Chip at frozen juice until slushy.

Notes

For a large bowl, just double the recipe.
