Rich chocolate cupcakes with a fudge-like consistency

| 1 | Cup | butter (2 sticks, or margarine) |
| 4 | semi-sweet chocolate (squares) | |
| 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | butter flavoring |
| 1 | Cup | nuts (finely chopped) |
| 1 | Cup | flour (unsifted) |
| 1 3⁄4 | Cup | sugar |
| 4 | eggs | |
| 1 | Teaspoon | vanilla |
Melt butter, chocolate, and butter flavoring in a pan. Add nuts. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Combine the two mixes by hand. Use muffin tin with foil liners. Bake in a 325º oven for 25 minutes. Leave muffins in oven another 5 minutes with oven turned off before taking out. Muffins will ice themselves and muffin tins with foil liners will keep them fresh. Makes 18 cupcakes.
