Edam cheese is melted inside cinnamon-raisin bread and then paired with thinly sliced tart apple. Yum!

| 4 | Ounce | turkey ham (thinly sliced) |
| 2 | Ounce | Edam cheese (thinly sliced) |
| 1 | apple (sliced, cored) |
Slice apple cross-wise into rings. Combine apple butter, onion and dry mustard in a small bowl; stir well. Spread apple butter mixture evenly over 1 side of toast slices. Divide turkey ham, cheese and apple rings evenly over 4 bread slices. Top with remaining toast slices. Garnish with apple wedges if desired.
