Marinate noodles with zesty Italian dressing for at least 24 hours. In another bowl marinate turkey with jar of mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Mix spaghetti and turkey in large bowl and spread onto large platter. Top with halved cherry tomatoes, cut green onions, chopped green pepper. Sprinkle cheese on top.
