Ingredients

6 large baking potatoes
1PackageHidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
4Tablespoonbutter
  sour cream
  shredded cheese

Instructions

Bake potatoes until done. Split tops and scoop potato out of peel. Mash potatoes with butter and dressing mix. You can mix sour cream (to taste) in with potatoes or top with sour cream when serving. Refill potato peel with mashed potatoes and top with cheddar cheese. Put in oven long enough to reheat and melt cheese.
