Unleavened Cheese Biscuits

Description

This recipe makes a very soft cheesy biscuit, which is marvelous for breakfast or with dinner.

Ingredients

2Cupcheese (yellow, grated)
1 butter (stick)
9Tablespoonmilk
1 1⁄3Cupflour (wheat)
1 1⁄3Cupflour (white)

Instructions

 

 

  • Cream butter and cheese.
  • Add milk to flour a little at a time (use more milk if necessary)
  • Make round 1 inch balls and flatten.
  • Bake at 400 for 8 to 15 mins.

Notes

 

OPTIONS:

1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

1 cup Yellow shredded cheese

Fresh garlic to taste

Turkey or beef sausage
