These can accompany any meal as is or be halved to make into small sandwiches. We like to use them for tuna or peanut butter sandwiches at lunchtime.

| 2 | Cup | matzo meal |
| 1 | Teaspoon | salt |
| 1 | Tablespoon | sugar |
| 1 | Cup | water |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | oil |
| 4 | eggs |
· Combine matzo meal with salt and sugar.
· Bring water and oil to a boil.
· Add matzo meal mixture and mix well.
· Beat in eggs thoroughly, on at a time.
· Allow to stand 15 minutes.
· With oiled hands, shape into rolls and place on a well-greased cookie sheet.
