A delicious oat bread with the tang of white grape juice and warm sweetness of maple syrup.

| 4 1⁄2 | Cup | oat flour |
| 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | sea salt |
| 1 1⁄2 | Tablespoon | vanilla extract |
| 1⁄3 | Cup | maple syrup |
| 3⁄4 | Cup | butter (melted) |
| white grape juice (optional) |
Blend together all ingredients and check consistency. Add more flour if needed or add white grape juice if it is too dry. Spread onto 2 cookie sheets and bake at 250º for 10-15 minutes.
