Ingredients

1 1⁄2Poundbeef stew meat
1 small bell pepper (chopped)
1Cupgreen beans
3⁄4Cupchopped onion
3⁄4Cupuncooked barley
1Packagefrozen mixed vegetables
1 1⁄2Cupwater
1Teaspoonsalt
1⁄2Teaspoondried thyme
1⁄4Teaspoonpepper
2Canbeef broth
2Candiced tomatoes with garlic
1Cantomato sauce

Instructions

Mix all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook 8-9 hours on low heat or 4-5 hours on high heat.
