Ingredients

1Packagefrozen California-blend vegetables
1Canmushroom soup
1Cupgrated cheddar cheese
1CanFrench-fried onions

Instructions

Place frozen vegetables in a casserole dish. Mix in soup and 3/4 c. of cheese. Mix vegetables, cheese, celery, onion, and salad dressing; put in greased casserole dish. Melt margarine; add crackers; mix well. Sprinkle crackers on top of casserole and bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.
