| 3 | Cup | vidalia onion (diced) |
| 3 | Tablespoon | butter |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | milk |
| 1 | Teaspoon | salt |
| 3 | Tablespoon | flour |
| 1 1⁄2 | Cup | sour cream |
| 2 | eggs (beaten) | |
| 1 | pie shell | |
| 1⁄2 | Pound | ground beef (browned) |
Cook onion in butter until lightly browned. Add milk, salt, flour, sour cream, and eggs. Add in ground beef. Mix and pour into lightly baked pie shell. May top with bacon if desired. Bake pie at 325° for 30 minutes or until firm in center. Can be made the day before and reheated
