These wheat germ rolls are so perfect to pair with your dinner or just as a delicious treat on their own.

| 1 1⁄2 | Cup | soy milk (warm) |
| 1 | Package | dry yeast |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | olive oil |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | honey |
| 2 | Teaspoon | sea salt |
| 3 | eggs (beaten) | |
| 1 | Cup | wheat germ (raw) |
| 5 | Cup | whole-wheat bread flour |
DiDissovle yeast in milk. Let stand 10 mintues. Blend remaining ingredients, except flour. When smooth, gradually stir in flour to form soft dough. Knead until elastic. Form into ball, brusk with oil. place into large oiled bowl, and cover. Form into 1 1/2 inch balls and place 1 1/2 inches apart on oiled pan. Let rise again. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
