Who doesn't like fresh baked bread slathered in butter. Serve warm!

| 1 1⁄3 | Cup | milk |
| 2 | Teaspoon | salt |
| 1⁄3 | Cup | oil |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | water |
| 1⁄3 | Cup | honey |

| 6 | Cup | whole wheat flour |
Scald milk, cool slightly. Add salt, oil, honey, water,e gss and yeast. Mix well. Add enough flour to make dough consistency of cake. Let stand 15 minutes. Sift and add more flour until too thick to stir with a spoon. Work with hands, turn out on floured pastry cloth (fold, push and add flour). Knead for 15-20 minutes. Place dough bak in bowl. Let rise until double in size, approximately 45 minutes. Divide into 2 pieces. Cover and let rise until double in size (both pieces). Place each piece in a loaf pan and bake in oven at 350° for about 1 hour. Don't preheat oven. Cover with butter when bread is done.
