| 1⁄4 | Cup | sugar |
| 1⁄4 | Cup | vinegar |
| 1 | Cup | sour cream |
| 2 | Can | wax beans |
| Pinch | salt |
In saucepan breaak 2 eggs. Add sugar and vinegar. Beat with egg beater. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly. When it starts to thicken, remove from heat. Add sour cream and stir until blended. Heat beans (or cook fresh beans) and drain. Add to sauce and stir.
