| 1 | Teaspoon | salt |
| 2 | Cup | zucchini (grated) |
| 1 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | baking soda |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | cocoa |
| 2 | eggs | |
| 2 | Teaspoon | vanilla |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | oil |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | nuts (optional) |
Combine sugar, oil, vanilla, and eggs together. Stir and add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Bake in a greased 13 x 9 pan at 350º for 35-40 minutes. If desired, you can frost when cool.
