We have finished a three-city Beyond Today tour in Texas. The message of Beyond Today connected with several hundred members of the United Church of God and viewers of Beyond Today television. The message we gave was titled, America: The Time is Now! This is an urgent message highlighting the complicated and urgent times we live in. We gave a message that strikes at the core of the problems afflicting American culture. We gave a message of hope that shows each of us how to make sense of this sometimes chaotic world and begin experiencing the personal benefits of the Kingdom of God today. The message was enthusiastically received.

Does your life need a jump start? Do you need a revival of meaning and purpose and hope that God is involved in this world and His purpose stands?

God is moving within His Church to stir a renewed dedication to make this message of the gospel available. It is encouraging to see people excited about the power of the Bible’s timeless message of hope and understanding. The opening lines of a prayer by the prophet Habakkuk express a desire for God to move among His people and stir a revived dedication to God’s eternal purpose. Notice what it says. "O Lord, I have heard Your speech and was afraid O Lord, revive Your work in the midst of the years! In the midst of the years make it known; in wrath remember mercy (Habakkuk 3:1)

God’s work is bringing many sons to glory (Hebrews 2:10). It reflects His purpose set in place before the world began. This understanding gives hope in a world that has cast off its moorings of faith and belief in God.

Does your life need a jump start? Do you need a revival of meaning and purpose and hope that God is involved in this world and His purpose stands? You probably do. We get worn down by the daily challenges of work, family and personal needs. After a time, without a clear focus, our vision of God and His purpose for human life is not always guiding our daily thoughts and conduct. We need a revival!

That is the exact purpose of this series of Beyond Today events. The message is timely. It is exactly what you need to hear.
