Happy Moments
Sometimes the trying moments of the day can blind us to the happy moments. When we focus on the negative, we can miss the good things that happen to us—the hugs we receive from our children, the smile from the bank teller, the kind word from a coworker or the taste of a good cup of coffee.
By focusing on the good (Philippians 4:8), you can learn to notice the positives that occur during the day and spend less time on the negatives. Not only will you notice more happy moments, you will also start creating them.
