Placing the weight of learning to do what is right on their shoulders will strongly factor into whether they keep their feet on the ground throughout life. The lessons of life need to include exerting effort in planning, taking action and completing a task. People who are respected for being solid citizens, contributing to this world and trying to leave it a better place are those who have learned to live and work with gusto. They have applied the virtues they have been taught, as well as the encouragement they have received to work with all their might in whatever they set their hands to do (Ecclesiastes 9:10).

There is a great joy in work when a person has developed the frame of mind that takes joy in production, and when they have learned to work with wisdom and patience. Accepting responsibility and being successful in completing a task is one great source for a contented and respected life. Factors that make life pleasant begin early in life—teach them to your children and give the blessing of happiness to them.
