We will be holding our annual local gym night at the M. E. Lyons YMCA on December 8. We plan on having fun activities such as swimming, cornhole, basketball, speedaway, and dodgeball. All of those participating (parents and children) in swimming or any sports are required to fill out a waiver prior to the event. Waivers are available on the Information Table. Please complete the form and submit it to Nathan or Courtney Creech. Waivers must be completed and turned in by November 17 to give an accurate count to the facility. We will need a team of people who are able to transport cornhole boards back to the Home Office.

We will need two ladies to help with children’s games and/or crafts.

We will need two people to oversee children’s swimming activities from 7-10 p.m. (The Y will provide lifeguards, but they have asked that we provide some adults from our group as well to help oversee the children.)
