Greetings from Phoenix,

          We look at this fast-changing world and it is sometimes overwhelming to our minds. Each week the news reports serve up what would have been considered scandalous twenty years ago.  Recent references in the news in the Dallas, Texas area about a “Drag Your Kids to Pride” event where children attended a party hosted by a gay bar is just one case in point.  There are certainly many other issues which are just as shocking to any righteous person.

          It makes us wonder, what is happening to the minds of people? It is as though so many are so confused that they have lost their minds and any semblance of a moral compass. Not only do they want to openly live a lifestyle which is contrary to what the Bible says, but they are coming for the children. They want to confuse and indoctrinate our kids with an immoral way of life as early as possible.  This cannot be denied. It has even found its way into schools, and many parents are outraged.

          Why are people turning to these strange ways at such a fast pace as they turn away from the morality taught within the Bible? Of course, much of the problem stems from the majority of churches which teach the laws of God are done away.  In addition, they do not know the true gospel of the Kingdom. This confuses and frustrates people and they have no hope.  They are turning away from so-called Christianity to other beliefs in increasing numbers.

It has been said, if human beings do not have some form of religion, they will invent something. Is the rapid changing morality of this world the result of rejecting instruction from the Bible and turning to their own forms of religion?

          The Apostle Paul certainly must have seen this same sexually related moral plunge in Rome where more than half were slaves in a city of a million people. I’m sure many of the Roman citizens felt they were enlightened and modern in their time. He wrote to the Romans saying, “Professing to be wise, they became fools, 23 and changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like corruptible man—and birds and four-footed animals and creeping things. 24 Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves, 25 who exchanged the truth of God for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.” (Romans 1:22-25)

          We have heard of the Great Reset and the World Economic Forum and how the elite of this world want to rebuild the world economy.  We know ultimately Satan will be behind the massive changes just ahead of us. Keep in mind always, the Devil desires to change your religion to his, and morality is a big part of it. His way is the antithesis of God’s way of love. His way is sexual immorality and any kind of perversion, envy, jealousy, competition, and strife. God’s way of love to all is expressed in the very simple fruits of the Spirit. (Galatians 5:22)

          Satan is coming for all of us, and we must resist his wiles, not caving in to his influences. He uses the media, music, and ungodly people all around us. Remember to heed the simple admonishment of the Apostle James who wrote under God’s inspiration, “Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world.” (James 1:27)
