2.     MEMBER SURVEY LINK – active until January 26

This year’s anonymous survey is now available and is intended for people of all ages who are associated with the United Church of God. If you have a new pastor or have just relocated to a new congregation, please mark statements as Not Applicable (N/A) if you don’t have sufficient information to respond.

Please respond to the survey at this link before January 26:  https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/SZ2TZRS

The results are intended to help us identify ways to improve our overall service to God, His Church and one another.

3.     4th SABBATH POTLUCK and SOCIAL – January 25

On January 25th we will have a potluck social. Spaghetti will be provided, but please contribute salads, desserts, and breads. Check with Debbie Kuhns or Etta Murray if you have questions on what to bring.

We will also have some fun games and trivia to participate in that evening.

4.     “PENNIES TO PENTECOST” – Fundraising Project for the “Good Works” Program

Get ready to save the pennies out of your spare change from now until Pentecost! The ‘Pennies to Pentecost’ project, organized by Ben and Kristen Rogers out of the Pittsburgh congregation, will focus funding on a specific project for brethren through the “Good Works” Program.

Please save your pennies during the week! We will have a container on the information table to collect them each Sabbath.

5.     “PATTERNS OF EVIDENCE: RED SEA MIRACLE” FILMS – February 18 and May 5

The “Patterns of Evidence: Red Sea Miracle” Parts 1 & 2 will be screened, one showing time only on Tuesday, February 18, and then Part 2 on Tuesday, May 5, at participating theaters. Though it’s impossible to speak for the content of a documentary no one has yet seen, producer Tim Mahoney’s approach to biblical history has been well thought out and helpful in previous films. This isn’t an official activity, but if you are interested please use the following link for more information on tickets: https://www.fathomevents.com/events/patterns-of-evidence-red-sea-miracle
