Greetings Brethren,

The focus scripture for this week is Ecclesiates 7:14.

"In the day of prosperity be joyful, but in the day if adversity consider: surely God has appointed the one as well as the other, so that man can find nothing that will happen after him."

As children of God, we commonly experience both good and bad and may even thank God for allowing hardships to give us opportunity for spiritual growth. Part of the life of faith is accepting prosperity and adversity from God's hand and always remembering to give Him the glory and putting Him first in all things.
