This is just a reminder that we will not be meeting in-person for the Passover service this evening in Terre Haute, Bloomington, or Canton. Instead, we will have a live webcast service or phone hook up. Our Passover service will begin at 7:35pm CDT and transmit via our local webcast. If you log-on to the webcast prior to the start of the service (at 7:15pm CDT), I will be providing some extra direction for taking the Passover at home. You can join our webcast using the password “treeoflife”. If you are further East and would like to tune into the Cincinnati Passover service, that webcast service will begin at 8:15pm EDT (7:15pm CDT).
If you are unable to join us via the webcast, we also have a phone-in option to join the service with audio only via a conference call. To do this, simply dial: 701.791.9819 to listen.
In either case, it is recommended that we each have a printed copy of the “Passover in Your Home” document in case our phone or internet connection is disrupted.
If you have any last minute questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to me (309.533.8385). I will be available until 7:15pm when we begin streaming.
In preparation for this evening, each baptized member should plan ahead to have your foot-washing supplies prepared and accessible, your unleavened bread set aside and covered with a white napkin/cloth (we will break this during the ceremony), and your wine pre-portioned in a glass and covered with a white napkin/cloth. Lastly, please have a hymnal available as we will be singing hymn 31 at the conclusion of the service.
I look forward to sharing this spiritually deep and meaningful evening with each of you.
