"Boundary Waters Adventure launches July 21-28, 2019, and we look forward to welcoming 14 young adults on this grand adventure. This new activity is offered to young adults from the ages of 18 (must be a high school graduate) to 30-plus. The locations will be the pristine Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness and Voyageurs National Park in northeastern Minnesota.

This group of adventurers will learn how to become better servants in the mold of Jesus Christ. Yes, sweaty and bug-bitten, participants will make bonding friendships and learn indelible spiritual lessons in this magnificent watery vista, BWA style!

Adventurers will canoe, camp, portage, grow in orienteering skills, fish, swim, learn about the wilderness wildlife, and they may catch the Northern Lights dance across the vast night sky.

Daily interactive Bible studies and leadership training will be the core of the program. We plan to offer this adventure every other year to eligible United Church of God young adults, alternating with Challenger West.
