×Branson is pleased to host the Feast of Tabernacles again in 2007. Branson is located in the natural mountains of the Ozarks, with hardwood forests covering the beautiful mountainsides. The fall colors of these trees provide a stunning atmosphere during Feast.
Branson sits alongside two beautiful lakes (providing both bass fishing and some of the best trout fishing in the Midwest). It has many clear flowing springs that create miles of interesting hiking trails. Country drives through the spectacular scenery are also a real treat. Branson is ideal for those who want to relax and enjoy the beauty of God’s creation.
From beautiful first-class accommodations and fine dining, to family-style restaurants and buffets, Branson has a wide variety of options to choose from. There is something to fit everyone’s price range in Branson. The area has entertainment for those of all ages, from 10 championship golf courses to miniature golf, the Titanic museum, Ride the Ducks and go-kart tracks, to more than 90 live music shows. Branson is a mecca for family entertainment. For those who are more active, spend the day on one of the lakes or at one of several outdoor amusement parks.
Like to shop? Branson has several outlet malls, and has now added the Branson Landing, which sits on Lake Taneycomo in downtown Branson. Including a Bass Pro Shop, it provides waterfront shopping, dining and entertainment. One of its evening attractions is a magnificent $7.5 million water fountain spectacular, synchronized to light, sound, music and fire!
For added educational opportunities, Branson will again provide special afternoon or evening seminars in addition to regular services.
Branson has been one of the favorite “transfer” sites for many years, making visiting with brethren from around the country and the world a plus. Accommodations range from kitchenettes to first-class hotels, most of which include a deluxe continental breakfast. If you like more space, enjoy the beauty of one of many reasonably priced condominiums overlooking the hills or lakes.
Weather during the Feast is usually mild, with lows in the 50s and highs in the 60s and 70s.
Services will be held in a beautiful modern theater with plush seating for 1,600. An allergy-free room is available for those in need.
