This will be the third year for the United Church of God to host the Feast of Tabernacles and Eighth Day in Oceanside, California. This city, located in Northern San Diego County, is known for its wide stretch of beaches and quaint harbor. Right nextdoor is the charming beach-side community of Carlsbad. The weather at this time of year should be in the mid-70s to low 80s, which is just right to enjoy swimming, fishing or sailing. All the famous tourist attractions that San Diego is known for such as Del Mar, Torrey Pines State Park, La Jolla, the Birch Aquarium, Sea World, Balboa Park, the San Diego Zoo, Seaport Village, and Lego Land are 15 to 45 minutes down the coast. Go 50 minutes to the northeast and you are in sun-kissed wine country vineyards of Temecula.

We will be meeting at the QLN Conference Center that’s a modern, bright, yet intimate one-story facility. This is located about four miles inland. It is no further than 10 to 15 minutes from any location in Oceanside or Carlsbad. It can be reached by light rail from downtown Oceanside. We will strive to have a wide range of accommodations that make this festival site financially available to all. We are expecting around 650 attendees offering all the opportunities of a larger festival site, but also grants opportunity to get acquainted with one another.
