Where: Hilton Rose Hall, Montego Bay, Jamaica. This is an all-inclusive hotel which means that all of your Food, Beverages and most of your on-site activities are included in your room rate.

Cost: Children ages 0 – 5 are free. Youth ages 6 – 14 are $60. Teens 15 and older are charged as adults. Max 4 per room, and only 2 children per 2 adults. Inter-connecting rooms are not guaranteed, but the hotel will try to accommodate, just be sure to notify them when you make your reservations.

Registration: Registration will begin on December 1, 2017 via this website: http://caribbean.ucg.org/content/jamaica-2018. After you Register, you will need to wait until you have been accepted to this Feast site before making reservations.

Deposit: Once you have been accepted and have received the “Group Code”, you will book your room directly through the Hotel’s website or by calling the numbers given in your acceptance email. You will be required to place a 3-night deposit for the adults registered. Children, youth and teens need to be registered but will only be charged upon arrival at the hotel. (A double would be 3 x $225 = $675). The balance will be due by August 22, 2018.

Reminder: Carefully check your calendar when you make your reservations. The Feast begins the night of Sunday, September 23, 2018 and the Last Great Day is Monday, October 1, 2018.

Miscellaneous:

• The hotel does not have self-service laundry facilities.
• Since the hotel is fully air-conditioned, the dress code for services is the same as in the US.
• Outside of the hotel, this Feast site is very hot and humid but with lots of shady palm trees and hammocks, most people stay comfortable.
• Items like bug spray and sun block are very expensive ($25 a bottle) at the hotel, make sure to bring your own supply.
