Please be aware that this region of West Virginia was virtually NO cell phone service, because of it's proximity to the Greenbank Radio Telescope Observatory. Most travelers will likely loose cellular service about 30-40 minutes from the resort. Once at the resort, most people will NOT have cellular service EXCEPT for customers of AT&T Wireless, which has a small tower on the mountain.

However, the entire village and all condo units have WiFi, so you can stay in touch via email or other messenger services. If you have a smartphone you might also consider using an app (such as WhatsAPP), that will enable you to make calls over WiFi.
