Volunteers are crucial to the success of any Feast of Tabernacles. Here are some remaining slots to fill.

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER23
Youth Booklets Distribution
1 person 1 hour before services to check off names and distribute the Youth booklets and 1 person after services for 30 minutes.
MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 24
Host for the 3 hospitalities – (1) Teens, (2) Singles & Young Adult, (3) Older Singles. Somebody needs to be there to greet anybody that arrives and make them feel welcome.

Family Helping Family Collection
One person one hour before services and one person for 30 minutes after services. We need someone to watch over the donation box at the information table.
Collecting Activities Money & Sign Up
Two people working together an hour before services. One will collect monies due for all the activities and the other person will confirm activities people have signed up for and sign up people when space allows.
Another two people after services for 30 minutes.
Teen Hospitality Host
Somebody needs to be there to greet anybody that arrives and make them feel welcome. 9am – 9:45am.
WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 26
Family Helping Family Collection
One person one hour before services and one person for 30 minutes after services. We need someone to watch over the donation box at the information table.
Collecting Activities Money & Sign Up
Two people working together an hour before services. One will collect monies due for all the activities and the other person will confirm activities people have signed up for and sign up people when space allows.
Another two people after services for 30 minutes.
THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 27

3 people to check off names at the entrance to the gondola.

Ice Skating Rink / Collect Money for Entrance
We need two people to check off names and collect money at the entrance onto the ice skating rink. One person from 1:45m – 2:30pm and another person from 2:30pm to 3:30pm.
One person to coordinate, direct traffic and answer questions. 1:45pm to 2:30pm

Lunch Buffet Name Check Off
2 people to check off names as they go through the buffet line. One person from after services till 1:15pm and the other person from 1:15pm till 1:45pm. Your meal will be comped.
Lunch Buffet Coordinator
One person to help people go through the line and find seating. After services till 1:15pm. Your meal will be comped.
