• $105 single adult occupancy
• $155 double adult occupancy
• $190 triple adult occupancy (2 beds only)
• $245 quadruple adult occupancy (2 beds only)
• $32 rate for children (7-12 years old)
• Free children (0-6 years old)

* For Junior Suites, above the seventh floor, there is an extra $25 upgrade fee per night per room. Rates can be extended for three days before and three days after the Feast. 

Group rates can be extended for three days before and three days after the Feast.

These rates include all food costs. Taxes and gratuity are already included, although we encourage giving some extra tips since the hotel staff earns so little. All the rooms have air conditioning, a balcony or terrace and a full or partial ocean view (cribs and a limited amount of small refrigerators are available as a special request).

Additional notes:  
- For those wishing to stay in a Junior Suite, above the 7th floor, there is an extra $25 upgrade fee per night per room.

- Maximum of 4 people per room due to fire code regulations.

- Ages 13-17 are considered “adults” for pricing (Double, Triple, Quadruple), but must be booked in the same room with a person 18+. No Single rooms can be booked for ages 13-17.

- Families who want multiple rooms MUST book at least ONE person 18+ per room. Examples:

a. 2 adults and 2 children ages 0-6 = Room 1 (Single Rate of $105+0); Room 2 (Single Rate of $105+0).

b. 2 adults, one child age 6, one child age 10 = Room 1 (Single rate $105 + 0) + Room 2 (Single rate of $105 +32).

c. 2 adults, 1 teenager age 13, a child age 7, a child age 4: Room 1 (Double rate for Dad and Teen at $155), Room 2 (Single rate for mom plus 7 year old, and 4 year-old is free =>$105+32+0).

Transportation to Hotel:

We can arrange transportation for a small fee from the airport that is 15 minutes from the hotel for anyone that has signed up and given their flight information one week prior to the start of the Feast.
