Accommodation and Meal Package Information

A - ACCOMODATION DESCRIPTION:

During the Feast, we will have exclusive use of the 64-room Hotel Cap Estérel at the center of the village, as well as a large restaurant and church hall next to the hotel, overlooking the Mediterranean. For larger families who would need an apartment with a kitchenette, such accommodations are also available near the hotel.

Below is an overview of the housing options and pricing. Note all accommodation prices include check-in at 4:00pm on Sunday, October 13th through check-out at 11:00am on Tuesday, October 22nd. A pre-Feast housing package is available for purchase, please see below for information on this package. No post-feast housing packages are being offered. Due to contract terms we cannot offer pricing for fewer days during the Feast.

HOTEL ESTEREL ROOMS***:

Regular Double Room: Non-Ocean View (€570 Per room)

***All hotel rooms have air conditioning and heating, one shower and one toilet, and include in-room Wi-Fi and daily room service, as well as a mini-bar, telephone, and television with national and international channels. Fresh towels will be provided every day and fresh sheets every three days. Hair dryers are not provided in the rooms, so please bring your own. Handicapped housing is available in both hotels and apartments.

CAP ESTEREL APARTMENTS***:

Studio Apartment: Non-Ocean View (€590 per apartment)
Size: 279 square feet, Capacity: 3-4 people (2 adults only to be more comfortable)
One living room, one kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, one very small bedroom with one bunk bed, and a balcony or terrace. The living room area has a couch (that turns into a comfortable bed) and one extra fold-out bedge bed (See pictures on our Shopify site, though not all apartments have exactly the same layout).

Size: 322 square feet, Capacity: 4-5 people (suitable for a couple with 2 children, or 3 adults only to be more comfortable)
One living room, one bedroom with a large bed (similar to an American Queen size), one kitchenette, one bathroom with a shower, and a balcony or terrace. The living room area has a couch (that turns into a comfortable bed), and 1 extra fold-out bed (See pictures on our Shopify site, though not all apartments have exactly the same layout).

Size: 398 square feet, Capacity: 6-7 people (suitable for a couple with 3-4 children)
Split-level with a living room, small bedroom with 1 bunk bed for children, kitchenette, bathroom with a shower, and balcony downstairs. The upstairs has a bedroom with a large bed (similar to an American Queen size) and a bathroom. The living room area has a couch (that turns into a comfortable bed), and 1 extra fold-out bed (See pictures on our Shopify site, though not all apartments have exactly the same layout).

***All apartments include Wi-Fi and a television with national and international channels, but no telephone. There is heating, but not air conditioning. Towels are provided upon arrival and a change of sheets and towels will be done mid-way through the Feast. If you would like to have daily maid service in the apartments, there is a 12 Euros per person (including children) per night surcharge that can be purchased at the front desk after arrival. The kitchenettes include a sink, small refrigerator, microwave oven, and stove top, and are stocked with plates, cooking utensils tableware, a table, and chairs. Hair dryers are not provided in the apartments, so please bring your own. Handicapped housing is available in both the hotel and the apartment village.

B - Meal Package Information and Costs:

The meal package (full board) includes dinner on Sunday, October 13 through breakfast on Tuesday, October 22. Visitors are expected to purchase a meal plan unless they have dietary restrictions and plan to cook for themselves during the Feast.

Breakfast is served in the form of an upgraded “American-Style” buffet and includes a hot beverage of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate, pastries, fruit juice selections, croissants, butter and fruit preserves, scrambled eggs, turkey or chicken sausage, yogurt, cheese and a selection of fresh fruit.

The opening night, Sunday, October 13th, dinner service will be a buffet and we anticipate a least one other buffer meal during the feast as well as one take-away, picnic lunch service. Outside of these exceptions, lunch and dinner will be served restaurant-style as a three course meal consisting of a salad/soup starter, a main course and a dessert. All lunch and dinner meals included wine, coffee/tea and a choice of soda or mineral water.

Note that we cannot offer half-board packages or refund meals when you wish to eat in one of the local restaurants.

C - HOUSING AND SABBATH SERVICES BEFORE THE FEAST:

Because the Feast begins on a Sunday evening, we are offering a pre-Feast room and board package for those wishing to arrive on Friday, October 11. The room cost covers lodging for Friday and Saturday night, and the meal package includes dinner on Friday evening, October 11, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Sabbath, October 12, and breakfast and lunch on Sunday, October 13.

Pre-Feast room and board must be reserved and paid for by Wednesday, May 15th (spots can be reserved and paid for through the payment site).

Note: We can only offer Standard Double Non-Ocean view rooms in the pre-Feast package. This means that you may need to move out of your room to your preferred lodging option for the Feast on Sunday, October 13th.

Also Note: An English-language church service will be held at the Pierre & Vacances Cap Estérel Village the Sabbath before the Feast, October 12 at 3:00 pm, in the church hall at the resort. Even if you aren’t staying at the Cap Estérel Village before the Feast, we’d like to welcome all who are staying in the area before the Feast to join us for Sabbath services that day.

D - POST-FEAST HOUSING:

If you would like to stay at the resort after the Feast, you may contact the resort directly for pricing and availability. We are not organizing any special group pricing after the Feast.
