The Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge/Sevierville area is one of the most popular vacation and honeymoon locations in the United States. It is also the gateway to the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Feast Services and Activities: Along with daily services and Bible studies, we expect to have other scheduled activities which will be announced later. Any additional events will be listed on the UCG members website at feast.ucg.org.
Daily Temperature: The average daily high temperature is 69 degrees and a low of 56 degrees during October.
Dining: Over a hundred restaurants are on hand throughout the area. Anything from a pizza to a perfectly done steak, or even the latest in regional cuisine is available for your dining pleasure.
The Great Outdoors: A large part of what makes the area so attractive is the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. It offers 800 square miles of spectacular flora, fauna and outdoor activities. There are over 900 miles of hiking trails so you can explore forests and waterfalls while enjoying stunning mountain vistas.
Parking and transportation: Free parking will be available for the feast services. There is also a variety of transportation in the Gatlinburg area.
Taxes: The hotel/motel tax is 12.75 percent, and the state sales tax is 9.75 percent.
