The Feast Venue is the Diaz Hotel and Resort conference facility in Mossel Bay.
It is a large, modern hotel with direct beach access and all rooms facing the Indian Ocean.
The Hotel Complex also offers Apartment accommodation which caters for families or small groups.

We are specifically encouraging international visitors to join us this year to make it a most memorable 2020 Feast! We know you won’t be disappointed in the Feast site, the people you’ll meet and the quality of accommodation available.

The cost of accommodation is extremely reasonable due to the weak local currency (the South African Rand – ZAR) and we’ve converted the prices into US$, assuming US$1/R15, and quoted accordingly.

With the proximity of shops and facilities, and the availability of taxi and shuttle services, there is no need for Feast-goers to have a vehicle. Taxi services now include the online e-hailing taxi service www.bolt.eu

The Diaz Hotel will require a 30% deposit to secure your booking (via international wire transfer), and the balance can be paid via credit card on arrival.

For international visitors there are 2 primary accommodation options at the Diaz Hotel. These are:

1) Individual suites, double rooms and family units from $55 for singles per night - $93 for couples per night, buffet breakfast included in their beautiful upstairs dining area overlooking the bay.

2) Apartment accommodation with 2 or 3 bedrooms.
These units are from $93 for a 2-bedroom unit to $113 for a 3-bedroom unit per night.
The apartment rate does NOT include the buffet breakfast, but it can be booked on a daily ad hoc basis.
There will also be a breakfast special available to ALL members, whether staying in the hotel or not, in the beautiful downstairs Bahia Blue restaurant.

In addition there are many excellent restaurants and coffee shops nearby offering a huge range of cuisines, as well as larger supermarkets for supplies.

Costs for daily breakfasts at Bahia Blue restaurant in the hotel:

• No washing machines or dishwashers, but the Hotel has laundry services available
• Servicing of the apartments is not included but can be requested for an additional fee
• Guests MUST bring their own towels and coffee/tea/sugar/milk. However the South African church office may be able to help purchase towels for you ahead of your arrival (please inquire).
