Housing Information

1. Hotel rooms
The hotel's 43 rooms are located in the main building and were remodeled back in 2016. Some of the amenities in the room include: a private balcony, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, flat screen TV, telephone and blow dryer. Some rooms have two single beds; others have a large double bed, and a single bed. The rooms do not have a kitchenette or refrigerator.

2. Small villas
Ideal for families, villas are equipped with air conditioning, telephone, kitchen (with large fridge, freezer, microwave oven, stove top, dishwasher), living room with sofa bed. The villas have one or two separate bedrooms (first bedroom: two single beds or a double bed — second bedroom: one single bed, and a bunk bed). They also have a small terrace with a patio table and chairs for outdoor entertaining. Blow dryers can be requested at the front desk. There is no Wi-Fi in the villas.

Handicapped housing is available in both the hotel rooms and in the villas. Sheets and towels will be changed four times during your stay.

Note:  The management of the resort will be responsible for assigning the apartments according to the size of the party giving the larger apartments to families with children.

3. Meals
All meals will be served buffet style in the resort restaurant located in the main building. Multiple buffets for salads, main dishes, cheeses, deserts, bread and wine are offered, including a Gelato ice cream buffet. The meal package includes dinner on Friday, October 2 through breakfast on Sunday, October 11.

Note some credit cards levy a foreign currency service charge for online payment. Sometimes these charges can be as high as 3%. Please contact your bank in advance of payment if you have any questions in this regard.

Cancellations

If you need to change your Feast plans and you won’t be able to attend the Feast with us, you can receive a refund of your payment according to the following schedule:

Prior to July 15
Refund less a 30 Euros per adult fee

Between July 16  and August 14
75% of reservation amount

Between August 15 and September 1st
50% of reservation amount

After September 1st
0% Refund
