Panama City Beach’s early and general housing request dates for 2022 for those who have been accepted (not on a possible waitlist for Panama City Beach) are: 

• May 9 beginning at 9 AM CDT (early, for special needs)
• May 11 beginning at  9 AM CDT (general or major requests)

In addition to the daily rates and applicable taxes and fees listed below, there are new fees for this year:

• There is an additional Daily Resort Fee of 9% based on the nightly rent.  (For example if the condo costs $100 per night, the resort fee would make the nightly rate $109.00). 
• There will also be a onetime per unit checkout cleaning fee: $110.00 (one bedroom), $135.00 (two bedroom), $155.00 (three bedroom). 
• Other fees which are not new, but mentioned here as a reminder: Onetime $25 parking fee and $5/person wristband fee.
